Our Mission
Smiley Share’s mission is to spread joy and care to as many people as possible. We do this by offering unique, fun, and high-quality gifts and cards and by supporting charities with specially curated kits to support those most in need of care. We also offer our signature Smiley Cards which allow anyone to send a physical card with a personalized note and smiley surprises (stickers, magnets, etc.).
We would love to help make sure everyone knows someone is thinking of them and concerned for their welfare. Together we’ll make the world brighter!
Why Smiley Share?
Often, it can be difficult to know how to reach out and brighten someone else’s day. Sending a thoughtful gift, sharing joyful content, or sending smiles and an encouraging note is a simple way to let others know you’re thinking of them—that they are loved and not forgotten. We believe simple acts can have a dramatic impact on people’s lives, happiness, hope, and well-being.
We also work with charities and other organizations to provide care packages to people in need of a helping hand or encouragement. These range from hygiene kits and food kits to back-to-school supplies and more. See what organizations we’re currently supporting, and help by sponsoring one or more care packages. We rely on caring people taking action and lending their support to make this happen.
Smiley Share Founder
Smiley Share was founded in 2022 by Melanie James. She is a wife, mother of 2 daughters, author of young adult novels (pen name Melanie Tays), and entrepreneur.
Following the COVID-19 lockdowns, and with continued global upheaval and uncertainty, she wanted some way to reach out beyond the people in her own small sphere of influence, to spread joy, and to uplift. As a part of those efforts, Smiley Share was created. Through its programs, products, and services, she hopes to bring friends and families together, support organizations working to strengthen communities and help individuals in need and uplift people across the world.
